Terms and Conditions

All products are hand made to a high standard,
however should any of our products be faulty,
we will be happy to replace it or give you a full refund.

If you are unhappy with the product for any other
reason, again, we will be happy to offer you
an exchange, or full refund,
but please contact us before returning it.

We all make mistakes sometimes, so if you would like
to cancel an order before it has been processed,
please get in touch as soon as possible, although
we must stress that once a custom order has been agreed and payment received,
it may not be possible to cancel the order.

 

PLEASE CHOOSE COLOURS AND SIZES CAREFULLY!

PLEASE NOTE: Because they are made to order (and can therefore not be re-sold),
we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders
(unless they are faulty of course).

 

We will not begin to process any orders until
the funds have cleared.

We accept payments by Credit/Debit card.
We also accept PayPal payments, and personal cheques.

As we use NoChex for online card payments, your purchase
may show up as "Nochex" on your bank/card statement.

It is possible to leave additional notes during the checkout process,

but specific deadline requests, or requests
for a different delivery address must have been
agreed prior to the order being placed as we may not
be able to meet the deadline.
No refunds will be considered for late arrival unless
we have confirmed to you in writing that we would guarantee delivery.

Capsule39 will accept no responsibility for
any delays caused by the Royal Mail or other courier companies
if they fail to meet their own guaranteed timescales.
We always obtain proof of postage and will be happy to provide
a copy if need be.

The colours of the fabrics and prints
may look slightly different in real life
to those on the photos.
We try to make the photos as accurate
as possible.

For custom print jobs, the customer is responsible for checking any copyright issues relating to their design, and that they have the right to use any images submitted for this purpose.

Capsule39 will not be held responsible for spontaneous combustion caused by anticipatory hand-rubbing friction whilst waiting for your order to arrive.
